If you accept them, the terms become part of the contract and bind both parties. If the customer accepts the counteroffer, it becomes part of the contract. If the customer rejects the counteroffer, the service provider can either accept the original proposal or reject it, which usually leads to the termination of the contract. You should always check with the client: what happens if I do not accept the new terms offered?<\/span><\/p>\n

When it comes to changes, you should be alert and negotiate the terms.
